Your new role
You will support the Financial Advisers by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the advice and implementation process.
- Act as the first point of contact for existing client queries
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through professional, high-quality service
- Support the administration and implementation of financial advice
- Ensure all client communication meets compliance and regulatory standards
- Prepare, process, and maintain client documentation and records
- Provide general administrative support to advisers as required
- Assist with coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and client workflow tasks

- Previous experience in administration, financial services, or professional client support

- Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards
- Confidence working with client records, documentation, and internal systems
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
