Position Summary
Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a Pharmacology faculty member to join the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Orange Park, Florida campus.
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in teaching pharmacology within a medical curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to an academic environment focused on student success and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver pharmacology instruction within an integrated medical curriculum
- Facilitate student learning through teaching, mentoring, and assessment
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Engage in scholarly activity and institutional service
- Collaborate with faculty across disciplines in a team-based learning environment
Required Qualifications
- Pharm.D., Ph.D. in Pharmacology, or closely related field
- Demonstrated interest in teaching and student engagement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a medical, pharmacy, or health professions program
- Postdoctoral training or advanced clinical/academic experience
- Evidence of scholarly activity (publications, presentations, or research)
