Associate Director, Corporate Strategy , Global Financial Services Group

We are now working with a global financial services firm.

They are now looking to add an Associate Director to their Corporate Strategy team.

The role will work across all of the business units, and include consultancy, strategy, and corporate development initiatives. This includes contributing to strategic projects, developing business plans, and supporting M&A activities.

On a day to basis , this can include

1. Corporate Strategic Planning
2. Strategic research and analysis
3. Business Strategy, Strategic Initiatives & Project Delivery
4. Lead strategy projects within partnership with senior sponsors
5. Use market analysis, customer insights and competitive benchmarking to develop strategic options and facilitate prioritisation through analysis and workshops
6. Merger & Acquisitions work

This brilliant role is suitable for someone with a background as follows:

1. Strategy managers from other financial services firms
2. Strategy consultants from firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG or Oliver Wyman
3. Engagement Manager level + with at least 7 years experience
4. Financial services client exposure
5. Great academics
