North Franklin School District is seeking an Athletic Director who will lead with character, build strong programs, and represent NFSD with pride. This position requires high visibility, high energy, and a deep commitment to students, coaches, youth sports (Jr. Eagles), and the community. The Athletic Director is responsible for leading and supervising high school athletic programs while ensuring alignment with district values and expectations. NFSD seeks a leader who believes athletics are an extension of the classroom, sets a high bar, and understands that small decisions accumulate over time to shape trust and confidence in our programs.

Requirements

•         Washington State Administrative Credential OR willingness to obtain one within two years of hire
•         Valid Washington teaching certificate preferred
•         Successful experience in coaching and/or athletic leadership
•         Knowledge of WIAA rules and compliance
•         Demonstrated ability to supervise adults and hold high standards
•         Strong communication and organizational skills
