What the day will look like
Some of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Lead the design, strategy, and placement of property programmes across London and regional offices.
- Drive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentations.
- Shape and implement broking strategies across all insurance classes for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client service.
- Mentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures.

Your skills and qualifications will include:
- ACII qualified or actively working towards certification, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and technical expertise, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively and build trust with stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player, able to work closely with colleagues across teams and departments.
- Proactive and improvement-focused, embracing new working practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
