Job Description

• Work with sponsors/leaders and team leaders to accomplish short & long term follow up for each event.
• Facilitate and monitor issues occurs during Performance Improvement activities and events through closure.

• Performs periodic performance reviews and provides performance reports. Conduct Business Unites processes' analysis in terms of stockholders, Process steps, communication mechanisms and performance indicators.

• Identify process gaps, potential risks assessment and propose a new process design to stakeholders.
• Based on processes' analysis, create or amend SOP documents.

• Secure attaining required approvals until publishing of new / updated SOPs.Participates in business units' health check events preparation and assessment.

• Participates in the preparation of health check reports
• Participates in the creation of the heath check action plan.
• Follows up on business units' restructuring plans.
• Provide consultative services (e.g. research relevant international standards) for GB Auto staff toward meeting standards of performance improvement, and organizational compliance. Collaborate with sponsors/leaders, team leaders, and team members to engage Business Units in communication about Performance Improvement strategies, and the relationship with the relevant units prior to improvement events.
• Use a communication plan for regularly sharing Performance Improvement progress.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business or equivalent.

Special Certification or Training Required: Business analysis, continuous improvement, Process mining, Power BI, (preferable to be lean or Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Project management Professional is an advance).

Required Industry Experience: 5-8 years

Technological Requirements: Comfortable with using computers and common software's for office work

Language Requirements: Very good English proficiency
