Job Summary:
Essential Functions:
- Provide clinical supervision to TCADCs, CADCAs, and Adult Peer Support Specialists across multiple substance use treatment programs.
- Facilitate individual and group supervision sessions in compliance with Kentucky state regulations and RiverValley Behavioral Health policies.
- Support professional development through clinical evaluation, mentorship, and individualized growth plans.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of a curriculum pathway for CADC certification, including training modules, study groups, and documentation support.
- Collaborate with program directors and leadership to ensure all clinical practices meet licensure, accreditation, and ethical standards.
- Provide consultation and guidance regarding treatment planning, assessment, and documentation practices.
- Monitor adherence to evidence-based practices in substance use treatment and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding, orientation, and training of new clinical staff and peer support specialists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement efforts, and program evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and timely supervision records, documentation, and reports as required by regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide direct substance use treatment services as needed to support program operations or ensure continuity of care.
- Completes other administrative support duties and special projects as developed and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Independent licensure as a Kentucky LCADC
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment.
- Previous supervisory or training experience strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of substance use treatment modalities, recovery-oriented systems of care, and trauma-informed practices.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop emerging professionals in behavioral health.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
