Description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily margining activities in accordance with ISDA CSA and GMRA documentation.
• Issue and respond to margin calls in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage the receipt and delivery of cash and securities collateral for OTC derivatives and repo transactions.
• Performing multiple operations' functions that support the securities financing products, primarily repo and securities lending
• Oversee collateral movements to comply with Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR).
• Conduct portfolio reconciliation, investigate breaks, and resolve margin call disputes.
• Develop and implement new products and services across OTC Derivatives
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing processes, in support of regulatory mandates, strengthening control frameworks and reduce operational risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back trade processing workflows for OTC products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and resilient
• Collaboration and teamwork skills and experience, including strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
