Contracts Manager

CALIBRE, an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Contract Manager. In this role, the ideal candidate will manage and coordinate contract administration activities. Guides contracting activities from proposal to contract administration to contract closeout. Acts as primary contact for negotiations. Oversees that activities are conducted according to the policies and procedures of the organization. This position will be on-site at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

• Supports team and performs other related duties as assigned.
• May require ability to obtain government issued security clearance.
• Work generally performed in an office setting.

• Master's Degree in a related business area from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years Government Contracting experience and Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for Master's degree.
• Desired Certification: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM)
