Required License/Registration/CertificationNonePhysical RequirementsSitting at computer workstation for long periods of time, repetitive motion, occasions job related travel.ShiftMonday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmJob SummaryThis position will manage, facilitate, and supervise the daily operations and logistics for the M3 and M4 MD program courses. In conjunction with the course/site directors, facilitate the organization and delivery of M3 and M4 courses, including, but not limited to the preparation of accurate and timely curriculum related materials, including submission of syllabi and curriculum committee documents by deadlines. Work with course and site directors to ensure compliance with OME guidelines.Function as primary communication liaison between medical students and all administrative staff and faculty regarding course/clerkship activities, polices and OME guidelines. Maintain and manage accurate and complete educational records to allow for seamless flow and exchange of information in a FERPA-compliant manner. Maintain knowledge and proficiency in LCME requirements as related to M3 and M4 courses and continuously monitor compliance. Work collaboratively with coordinators across campuses to ensure course standards and comparability are being achieved.
Identify and help resolve operational problems related to the education programs that impact accreditation compliance.
Work with campus leadership to ensure course compliance with LCME accreditation standards. Provide clarification of all questions on policies and procedures. Perform essential tasks related to visiting students such as onboarding, preceptor assignments, faculty evaluations, student evaluations of faculty and the rotation, roasters and other such duties.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesData Management, communication skills, organization, attention to detail, record keeping, Excel, Word, Outlook.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
