This is a fully remote position based in Colombia, supporting a US team and operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Job Duties

• Drive delivery workflows for Infrastructure and Security teams by ensuring Jira boards are updated, dependencies are mapped, and documentation in Confluence remains current.
• Coordinate enterprise patch cycles end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, maintenance windows, and progress are clearly communicated and tracked.
• Manage the vulnerability remediation pipeline-monitor aging items, confirm ownership, and ensure mitigation steps are documented.
• Facilitate blameless postmortems after incidents, capture clear action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide timely, concise internal updates during active incidents, maintenance activities, or operational escalations.
• Recommend process improvements or automation opportunities to reduce manual overhead and improve overall delivery velocity.

Job Requirements

Required

• 3+ years of project coordination or technical program management experience within IT Operations, Infrastructure, or similar technical fields.
• Strong technical literacy across servers, patching, cloud environments, networking, and general operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project boards, documentation, and reporting.
• Exceptional organization skills with a detail-driven, process-first mindset.
• Ability to distill complex technical updates into clear, actionable communications for internal stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience working in large or matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with IT change-management frameworks.
• Experience using Smartsheet, Slack, or Google Workspace for operational tracking.
