Your ImpactThe Director of Client Relations is responsible for owning client engagement and program success for a portfolio of corporate relocation clients. This role ensures strong client relationships, identifies opportunities to expand services, and maintains financial discipline across client programs. The Director works in close partnership with Operations to align client expectations, policies, and processes with effective and sustainable service delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Program Ownership
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate relocation clients, including client mix of US domestic and global.Maintain regular engagement with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals, service expectations, and policy intent.Lead client governance calls, business reviews, and ongoing engagement discussions.
- Ensure client-specific processes, service models, and customizations are aligned with contracted terms and program expectations.Identify areas where client practices or preferences may create inefficiencies or unintended financial impact and guide clients toward sustainable alternatives.Partner with Finance and Operations to understand program performance and key cost drivers.Support pricing discussions and scope alignment related to program changes.Responsible for ensuring client program design aligns with Cornerstone's operating model, service standards, and financial expectations. The Director has the authority to evaluate and influence client preferences or practices that introduce operational inefficiencies, service risk, or financial exposure, and to guide clients toward sustainable alternatives. Accountable for understanding and monitoring the financial health of assigned client programs, including key cost drivers, margin sustainability, and the operational impact of client-specific requirements.
- Identify and advance opportunities to expand services within existing client programs.Support renewal strategies and service enhancement proposals in partnership with Business Development.Participate in prospect presentations alongside Business Development, providing client and program expertise.
- Ensure clear communication of client policies, service nuances, and expectations to Operations teams.Partner with Operations to support successful execution and resolution of client issues.Act as a key escalation partner to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Support adherence to governance structures, service standards, and agreed-upon program parameters.
- Ensure client documentation, policies, and requirements are accurate and current.
- Identify emerging risks and work collaboratively to address them.
- 812+ years of experience in account management, client engagement, or consulting within relocation management, global mobility, or a complex service environment.Strong understanding of relocation services, supplier networks, and policy-driven programs.Proven ability to influence clients and guide decision-making through partnership and credibility.Experience supporting renewals, service expansions, and client presentations.Strong communication skills and operational awareness.
