Overview

- Develop and lead all golf instruction programs, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior camps.
- Manage and grow a schedule of leagues, events, and corporate training sessions.
- Provide professional club fittings and equipment consultations.
- Work with marketing and operations to promote academy offerings.
- Train staff on golf operations, customer engagement, and simulator technology.
- Foster a positive, approachable environment for all guests and players.

Experience Required

- PGA or LPGA Professional Certification (required).
- Strong background in player development and instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable teaching in a tech-enabled indoor environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Event or league management experience preferred.

- Must have entrepreneurial mindset.
