The nation’s leading law firm specializing in retail warranty reimbursement submissions seeks an accomplished individual for an in-office position on Long Island, (Nassau and Suffolk County Offices).

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in automotive fixed operations and a proven background in preparing and submitting warranty parts and labor rate increase requests.

We are seeking former service or parts managers, warranty administrators, or others with hands-on experience managing manufacturer warranty submissions and dealer compliance processes.

The firm provides comprehensive marketing and advertising support, including on-site marketing staff, and offers an environment designed for success.

Key Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of OEM warranty reimbursement processes and fixed operations.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting warranty parts and labor increase requests.
• Ability to communicate effectively with dealership management and manufacturer representatives.
• Professional, motivated, and detail-oriented.
