Description

The HR Advisory Support team operates across all lines of business, providing essential support to HR Business Advisors, managers, and employees in Argentina. The successful candidate will focus on activities that enable the HR Business Advisor partner to engage in strategic advisory and consultative interactions with business leaders. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading strategic HR projects.

Responsibilities:

HR Support: Provide administrative support and advice to HR Business Advisors, managers, and employees on queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Project Support: Serve as a key stakeholder in supporting major HR initiatives.

Risk and Controls: Assist in implementing practices and policies necessary to achieve the risk and controls environment goal.
