As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the evolution and ongoing delivery of the network's Continuous Listening programme. This position is responsible for operational execution of the firm's listening strategy and serves as the primary liaison between key network and territory stakeholders, as well as the consulting team who are also the survey technology provider. This requires strong relationship management and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive consensus and alignment across multiple channels, organisations and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all Continuous Listening programme related tasks, including project planning, survey administration and change management activities.
- Deliver high-quality service to territory contacts, respond to needs as they arise, troubleshoot issues and support x-territory collaboration, best-practice sharing and feedback.
- Gather and assess the needs of stakeholders and translate those to program enhancements and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective project team and stakeholder meetings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and the consulting team (survey technology provider).
- Use data analytics tools, AI, and generative models to develop insights from the survey data collected.
- Create clear and compelling data visualisations for executive audiences using data-driven storytelling.
- Stay current and upskill on modern employee listening approaches, tools and methodologies.
- Manage project budget and delivery timelines, collect and analyse data to communicate ROI/impact.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or other related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources and/or the professional services industry.
- Survey design across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, pulse and exit surveys.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their applications.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders with varying needs and operate in an environment of concurrent projects needing disciplined management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal (in English).
- Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or other related field.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Experience managing data and analytics projects in a complex, matrixed environment.
