EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Milford Redevelopment and Housing Partnership (MRHP) is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage its portfolio of 267 Housing Choice Vouchers, 49 Project Based Vouchers, 268 Elderly / Disabled Housing, and 62 Family Housing units. MRHP is currently a troubled housing authority based on a late Financial Data Schedule filing. MRHP formulated an Essential Housing Authority model that outsources much work to reduce expenses and generate annual surpluses that are reinvested in maintaining its physical plant and using technology to improve efficiency.
