Description
Just a short drive from Spokane, Washington sits this 50-bed community-owned hospital and clinic system. Their 100+ provider group is looking for additional BE/BC Family Medicine physicians with interests in teaching and leadership to head their brand new Residency Program backed by Washington State University. Collaborate with a well-versed leadership and administrative to design, lead, and implement a brand new residency program oriented towards rural Family Medicine.Providers with experience in academics and/or leadership encouraged to apply/
Position:
• Collaborate with administrative and medical staff to design residency program.
• Ready for 4 residents set to start in 2029, followed by 8 in 2030, and 12 in 2031.
• Step into a 50-50 administrative to clinical split, shifting to more administrative time as program begins.
• Competitive base salary + director stipend provided.
• Incentives including $200,000+ loan forgiveness, $75,000 sign on, and $20,000 relocation stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits, CME, and PTO included.
