Description

 AMT is hiring Field Directors for Ballot Initiative campaigns across the country. We have immediate opportunities for our training program in Missouri.

While political experience is a plus, but not necessary, we are looking for strong leaders with experience leading and motivating people to perform above their own expectations. You must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate clear, sober problem-solving skills.

 Our Field Directors are expected to Lead From The Front and collect signatures along with their team. This is NOT an office job.

Requirements

Strategic turf planning for regions and sub-regions to ensure goals are met.

Gathering signatures in public space while training employees to do likewise.

Overseeing a field operation of 10 to 50 team members.

Planning the work, working the plan and writing daily progress reports.

Supervising the training and professional development of staff.

You will be responsible for meeting project goals.
