Finance Administrator

Temporary to Permanent or straight permanent Finance Administrator Opportunity with potential for progression.

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a UK-based manufacturing organisation operating within both domestic and international operations. They have invested heavily in modern systems, process automation, and scalable finance infrastructure to support continued growth and overseas expansion. Due to recent promotion, they are now looking for a Finance Administrator to join dynamic finance team at the heart of a thriving operation.

In this hands-on and varied role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Finance function, supporting both the Accounts Payable and the Accounts Receivable side . You'll be part of a collaborative finance team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices and resolving related queries
• Managing Credit Control activities
• Assisting with weekly payment runs
• Posting bank transactions and journals
• Completing weekly cycle counts when required
• Supporting external audit queries
• Providing holiday cover and assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercially aware with good attention to detail
• Able to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
