Description
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing accurate, timely quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and management discussion and analysis (MD&A).
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
- Leadership & Management: Supervising, training, and mentoring accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Process Improvement: Implementing improvements in financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders (business leaders) and external parties (auditors, regulators).
- Strategic Support: Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree from a globally recognised university
- At least 10 years of relevant experience gained from large companies, with prior experience gained in Big 4 firms
- Native Mandarin speaker, with good command of English
