Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly capable Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee all phases of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the quality standards expected, and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience managing fit-out/interior construction projects, ideally in Qatar or GCC
• Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate interiors or residential high-end finishes
• Strong knowledge of construction, finishing materials, joinery, furniture procurement
• Budgeting, cost control and commercial awareness
• Excellent planning, scheduling, organisational skills and time management
• Experience with contractor management, subcontractors, suppliers
• Solid negotiating, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication (written & verbal), capable of handling client presentations, reports etc.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, adapt to changing demands
• Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, quality standards in Qatar/GCC
