The Service Director will oversee the efficiency and profitability of the dealership group’s service department.
Responsibilities include:
Drive productivity, profitability, and efficiency in the service department.
Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, client retention, employee relations, and overall financial performance.
Monitor and improve CSI scores, ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer partners.
Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that supports collaboration and accountability.
Strategically manage department assets and resources to achieve organizational goals.
