The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is seeking applicants for a full-time clinical-track faculty position as General Practice Residency (GPR) Program Director at the rank of Assistant /Associate Professor in the Division of Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry. The GPR Program Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and academic components of the GPR program within the College of Dentistry. This individual will ensure that residents receive high-quality, comprehensive training in general dentistry, while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and best practices in dental education. The GPR Program Director will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and residents to deliver exceptional educational experiences and contribute to the ongoing development of the program. Core responsibilities will include didactic, clinical instruction and curriculum development; mentoring doctoral students; and participation in college, university, and community service. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for dental education. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to and participate in a humanistic and inclusive environment of learning and discovery. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
