Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Global Program Manager for Client Management Operations will play a critical role in implementing and executing significant transformation programs. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Client Management Operations, you will shape and deliver large-scale, complex programs aligned with the global strategic transformation and change agenda, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and driving Operational Excellence (OpEx) priorities.
We will count on you to:
- Develop methods for implementing long-term project goals and objectives for highly complex and regional projects, prioritizing and driving transformation needs to deliver desired customer, colleague, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Manage all project funds, develop and implement project plans covering resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, and dependencies, and prepare global status reports while interfacing with stakeholders across seven regions.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.
- Deliver timely, high-quality programs while managing costs, headcount, risks, and issues to ensure benefits and value realization.
- Support the program management office and reporting protocols, managing execution of high-importance major change programs.
- Provide tracking and next steps in initiative delivery to leaders and support project teams with expertise in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, and accelerating transformation and value creation.
- Shape plans and drive strategy, making complex decisions aligned with the organization's Strategy and Values.
- Execute and implement people, process, and technology change, successfully leading project delivery.
What you need to have:
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management on large, complex solutions aligned with organizational strategic vision.
- 8+ years of experience working with, facilitating, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end transformation/complex project delivery through all project lifecycle stages.
- Experience forming and leading multiple project teams using SAFE or disciplined agile methodologies, including structure, processes, tools, capabilities, and culture.
- Strong independent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to navigate matrix organizations and act as a change agent internationally.
- Extensive people leadership experience managing mid-sized (3-8 person) project teams and influencing non-direct reports.

- Project Management Methodology Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Operations experience intersecting insurance and consulting.
- Project management experience in multi-cultural and multi-site environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multiple simultaneous large-scale transformation programs across operations and IT globally.
- Strong commercial understanding of client needs, innovative technology solutions (robotics, AI, etc.), and ability to develop new products, processes, and standards supporting business strategy.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $129,800 to $276,600.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
