Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Assortment Planning at HUGO BOSS? We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Global Project & Process Manager to join our Global Merchandise Projects team and take over the tasks of the Business Manager Assortment Planning within the TWIN Planning Suite project. This role will support our Product Owner in driving the success of the Retail Assortment Planning implementation package. As the Business Manager Assortment Planning, you will work closely with the Product Owner, TWIN project management team and IT experts to support the development and implementation of innovative new Assortment Planning solution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, and document processes to enable seamless operations within the TWIN Planning Suite project. Additionally, you will play a critical role in project and change management, process improvement, and knowledge transfer to ensure the success of the project and its integration into the daily business.
What you can expect:
- Support the Product Owner: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner for Assortment Planning to ensure the success of the TWIN Planning Suite project.
- Project Management: Lead and support project workstreams, manage priorities, timelines, and quality, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Act as a subject matter expert for merchandising processes, providing consultation, concept creation, and testing.
- Change Management: Drive change communication for new processes, tools, and rollouts, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership support in a cross-cultural environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and address process gaps, develop and align business concepts, and steer enhancements with IT to optimize retail merchandising workflows.
- Data Accuracy & Documentation: Ensure data accuracy, maintain process documentation, and support seamless integration of new tools and processes.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Identify training needs, prepare and execute training sessions, and facilitate best practice sharing to empower merchandisers globally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across planning, buying, merchandising, IT, and other project steams to ensure smooth project implementation and operational excellence.
Your profile:
- Strong project management skills (agile and waterfall methods) with experience in leading or supporting small to medium-sized projects.
- Proven ability to manage change in a cross-cultural environment, ensuring effective communication and leadership alignment.
- High-level knowledge of end-to-end retail merchandise processes, tools, and relevant interfaces.
- Analytical and organizational skills, with a structured approach to work and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- IT affinity, with experience in SAP (Retail & AFS or S4 system) and basic knowledge of SAP BI reporting logic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and experienced in multi-cultural project teams, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A passion for continuous learning, with the ability to transfer knowledge and best practices to team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English
