About the Role
We're launching InXider 2.0, a global reality-style growth program that takes participants from beginner traders to partners (IBs/Ambassadors) within the TradeQuo ecosystem. The Growth Program Execution Manager will own the end-to-end execution of the program, ensuring smooth operations, automation, training journeys, and content-driven growth across regions.

This is a hands-on execution role combining program operations, CRM & WhatsApp automation, and coordination with marketing, risk, and training teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage InXider cohorts end-to-end (onboarding, challenges, rewards, partner path).

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and live sessions across global regions.

• Manage CRM and WhatsApp automations (GoHighLevel), participant flows, and communications.

• Ensure training accounts, rules, and compliance are applied consistently.

• Support reality-style content production and social proof with Marketing teams.

• Monitor performance, risks, and participant compliance with Risk/Dealing teams.

• Deliver weekly performance and growth reports to management.

• Coordinate freelancers, localization, and translations as the program scales.

Tools & Platforms:
GoHighLevel (CRM & automation), WhatsApp Business API, B2Core, MT4/MT5, LMS/X-Markets Academy, SocialTrading.AI, Zoom/YouTube.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in program operations, growth ops, or marketing automation.

• Hands-on CRM and WhatsApp automation experience (GHL preferred).

• Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with social/creator-based programs or cohort launches.

• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Thai, Indonesian are a plus.

• Brokerage, trading, or IB/partner model experience is a plus.
