escape. We are seeking a Head Golf Professional who portrays an image of professionalism,
class, and sophistication to lead our golf operations and ensure every member round exceeds
expectations.

The Position
The Head Golf Professional facilitates and oversees the entire golf experience. Reporting to the
Director of Golf, this role is responsible for the seamless execution of Golf Shop operations,
tournament management, and the mentorship of our Golf Professional and Player Services
teams. You will be the face of the golf operation, building deep professional relationships with
our members and their families to ensure ultimate satisfaction.
Experience Required
• Class A PGA Member in good standing (Required).
• Minimum of 5 years in the golf industry, including at least 3 years of leadership
experience at a high-end private facility.
• Extensive experience in teaching/coaching, tournament operations, and high-fidelity
member service.
• Proficient in financial planning, P&L accountability, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, visible, and "team-first" leader who motivates staff to succeed.
Physical Requirements & Expectations
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments across various weather
conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Essential Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Member Experience • Build and maintain deep professional relationships with members and their families;ensure every round of golf exceeds expectations.• Organize and manage the tee sheet to maximize access and enjoyment for players of allskill levels.• Create, promote, and execute a premier calendar of Member Tournaments, includingcomprehensive post-event follow-up.• Conduct private and group lessons to enhance player skill; develop and lead a robustJunior Golf Program.• Stay at the forefront of emerging industry trends to align club offerings with memberpreferences.
Retail & Merchandising • Manage all Golf Shop merchandise, from vendor meetings and ordering to pricing andinventory control.• Maintain "FiveStar" standards for Golf Shop cleanliness and create sophisticatedmerchandise displays that drive revenue.
Team Leadership & Culture • Recruit, schedule, and train the Golf Professional and Player Services teams;understand staff strengths to put every associate in a position to succeed.• Ensure all instructors uphold the highest standards for golf lessons and that PlayerServices staff provide seamless "car-to-cart" hospitality.• Represent Loch Lloyd and FiveStar Lifestyles with the highest level of integrity andprofessional decorum at all times.
