Description
Orn Family Dentistry is adding to our team! We are seeking a professional, positive person to join our front office team as a Patient Care coordinator/HR Manager. Must have multi-tasking abilities, computer & phone skills, and enjoy working with people. Medical office experience preferred.Office hours: 7:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday. Scheduled hours will be about 30-34 hours per week. Multiple Benefits available.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations within the dental office.
Exceptional human relations skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Experience:
Previous experience in a medical or dental office or similar administrative support role is preferred. (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
