What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll work with our employees & HR team to solve problems and most importantly: deliver a fantastic employee experience. If you like making an impact, helping others, furthering an open an innovative culture and tend to generally look at even the smallest task in the context of how it impacts the overall organization – we should talk!
Outcomes You’ll Own:
- Employee Experience - Deliver a great employee experience in all interactions with employees and leaders, drive an innovative culture and with high levels of employee engagement
- Employee Relations - Partner with leaders & employees within our organization to manage employee relations issues and drive positive change.
- Employee Data Management and Reporting - Creating and tracking data driven metrics bringing quantitative analysis to our people strategy
- HR Operations & HRIS Ownership - Serve as a key point of contact for issues related to Rippling, employee benefits, employment law, leave management etc.

- Emotionally intelligent: You are able to remain calm in stressful situations and communicate effectively, you support your client group with a sense of urgency and you’re known for your empathetic approach to tackling tough issues
- Intellectually curious problem solver: You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, you’re comfortable taking risks and finding innovative ways to solve business issues
- Positive outlook & highly collaborative style: You’re a team player that thrives on getting your hands dirty and you’re resilient in the face of challenges.
- Ability to execute & prioritize efficiently: Strong project management skills; able to multitask, can tackle big projects with enthusiasm, and have the ability to think critically and work through ambiguous situations
- Analytics & System Guru: You’re highly detailed oriented, love an intuitive dashboard and have the Rippling, excel & other system skills to back it up.
