Envision Physician Services is looking for a Site Medical Director to lead our growing Critical Care Intensivist team at Medical City McKinney, located in McKinney, TX.SMD Role:Ample protected clinical and leadership timeOpen, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadershipDuties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.Previous leadership experience preferredActive TX license preferred or in-processW2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k optionsMonthly director stipend Highlights of this program / position are:Block scheduling providing you a nice quality of life12 hour shifts from 7a - 7p Hourly rate plus RVU incentive compensation modelMalpractice insurance with tail coverageCME allowance - McKinney, TX
