Role descriptionAs anInternational Project & Process Manager, you will be part of the corporate development team and responsible for strengthening our global collaboration by harmonizing the interfaces to our international subsidiaries. Your role will combine project coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management, ensuring that our global operations run efficiently and consistently. You will coordinate cross-border projects, drive the implementation of internationally relevant processes, and support the creation of a network of factories that deliver consistent, high-quality products worldwide.
Your Mission
Intercompany Project Coordination
- Coordinate intercompany projects and optimize interfaces with international subsidiaries and partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Drive collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams, providing transparency on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Record and analyse existing processes across entities to maximize value creation and operational efficiency.
- Harmonize and implement global processes in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Serve as the primary interface between international subsidiaries and internal departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
- Drive efficient international collaboration by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, ERP, and CRM for project tracking, documentation, and workflow optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, process support, or operations.
- Basic experience working on cross-functional or international projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to document processes and support process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Proactive, collaborative, structured, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting process harmonization or project implementation across multiple teams or locations.
- Interest in process optimization, digitalization, and workflow improvement.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments.
