• Focusing on SME buy-outs and later-stage investments using your network to bring in opportunities
• Principal responsibility for deal generation, execution and some portfolio management
• Take an active part in outlining and implementing the fund's future strategy

Who we are looking for

• An affinity to the UK lower mid-market / high growth businesses, with exposure to deals likely from a UK focused private equity / growth capital investor or a relevant advisory role
• Demonstrable experience of originating and executing buy-outs and late-stage growth investments in UK-based SME's would be a plus
• Passion for small buy-out or SME investing
• Strong advisor / CEO network
