Description
The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Toledo is a group private practice that provides strong evidence-based care for the full range of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. We work to provide a collaborative relationship with our clients to assist them in learning the skills necessary to challenge their fears, meet their goals, and to achieve meaningful behavior change. Primary treatment modalities provided include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other mindfulness and CBT-based approaches.
Providers with substantial training and expertise in CBT, acceptance and mindfulness approaches to treatment, and with treating anxiety disorders are preferred. We are willing to give training/formal consultation to a candidate with a strong base in CBT skills and that may benefit from more training in treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. As a member of the clinic, you will be offered support and consultation as needed, as well as didactic training opportunities so that you can grow your professional skills and stay up to date on the most recent research and treatment options for these conditions.
The ideal candidate is licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Ohio. Hours are flexible. Caseloads are likely to fill up quickly as most clinicians at the practice have waitlists of several months.
