Locums Radiation Oncology Physician in Pennsylvania - Two Week Blocks, Weekend Call

Radiation Oncology Physician locums opportunity in Pennsylvania in Erie, offering outpatient coverage with recurring two week block options.

Highlights:

• Two weeks on, two weeks off option
• Outpatient Radiation Oncology focus
• Weekend and weeknight call rotation
• Ongoing multi-month coverage

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient oncology facility
• Adult patient population
• Team of Radiation Oncologists, APPs, physicists, and dosimetrists
• Modern technology including IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, and HDR

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm
• 12-hour weekend call shifts with 30-minute response time
• Weeknight call handled primarily by phone
• Full-time or block scheduling considered

Cases and Procedures:

• General Radiation Oncology consults and follow-ups
• IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, RapidArc, respiratory gating
• Average 4 onsite consults per day plus phone consults
• Approximately 38 treatments daily

Requirements:

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physician
• Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain
