Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end medical equipment installation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (clinical, engineering, procurement, etc.) and external vendors.
• Oversee procurement processes: vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management.
• Manage documentation and handover processes upon project completion.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of medical equipment and services.
• Channel (dealer) management

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in medical device/equipment or healthcare environment.
• Proven experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
