Market Operations (Associate → Director)

The Role
You'll operate at the core of a live trading environment, working closely with traders, engineers, and external market participants to ensure a stable, efficient, and scalable market.

This is not passive monitoring - you'll be actively diagnosing issues, improving systems, and influencing how the market evolves.
What You'll Be Doing

1. Troubleshoot live trading and connectivity issues in real time
2. Work directly with clients, traders, and engineers to resolve complex problems
3. Monitor and manage trading systems, execution flow, and market integrity
4. Gain exposure across execution, clearing, and market structure
5. Automate workflows using Python / SQL (reduce manual processes)
6. Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and operational infrastructure
