Join a growing, physician-led multi-specialty group in suburban Connecticut that is expanding its Hematology and Oncology services. These outpatient-focused roles offer modern facilities, comprehensive on-site cancer care, and a strong support structure, ideal for physicians seeking stability, flexibility, and long-term growth.

Practice Details

• Outpatient-focused Hematology/Oncology positions in new multi-specialty medical centers
• No overnight call required
• On-site comprehensive cancer services, including imaging, infusion, radiation oncology, and diagnostic labs
• Team-based care model supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers
• An active research department with participation in tumor boards

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Option for a 32/8 model with four clinical days and one administrative day
• Evening pager call once per week and weekend call every fourth weekend
• Physicians rotate outpatient clinic, hospital, and ED consult coverage
• Call structure expected to become more flexible as the team continues to grow

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year income of $350,000-$400,000+ with uncapped RVU earning potential thereafter
• Average annual compensation ranging from $675,000 to $800,000+
