TITLE: CCOSA Membership Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
REPORTS TO: CCOSA Executive Director
Membership Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates, in cooperation with each Executive Director, the recruitment, management, monitoring and analysis of CCOSA Partner Association members and membership data that includes, but is not limited to Association membership surveys, demographics and historical records.
2. Maintains a signed membership form from each CCOSA member by year in hard copy and/or digitally.
3. Verifies membership data within CCOSA system on a timely basis, invoices dues, and under the direction of the assigned Executive Director, follows up with non-renewed members; and new members.
4. Develops a plan and recommends goals, aligned with the Strategic Plan, to build, sustain, and increase CCOSA membership.
5. Collaborates with the Communications Director and Marketing/Communications coordinator, as applicable, for marketing membership and developing promotional materials (print and social media).
6. Manages the CCOSA membership database.
7. Assists with the other membership related programs that could include the Mutual Benevolence Plan (MBP) and the District Level Services Program
Requirements
Physical Demands:
Physical stamina sufficient to stand during entire event timeframe, excluding rest breaks.
Ability to lift, carry and position items weighing in excess of 40 pounds.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with prospective members, members, partners, stakeholders and staff.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with a computer, screen and keyboard for extended periods of time.
Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a high stress environment.
