Our client, a global hedge fund with offices in Hong Kong and London and over USD 3bn AUM, is seeking a Trade Support / Operations Analyst to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This role sits within the middle and back office and provides full trade lifecycle support across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Daily trade affirmation, booking, and reconciliation across asset classes.
• Produce daily cash level reports and perform treasury tasks including margin and collateral monitoring across PBs and counterparties.
• Liaise with third parties (brokers, custodians, administrators) to onboard new trading relationships and resolve trade breaks.
• Support ad-hoc operational and treasury projects, both internally and with administrators.
• Continuously challenge existing processes, identifying automation opportunities and improving efficiency/scalability.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in trade support, operations, or middle office within hedge funds, asset managers, or investment banks.
• Strong Fixed Income Product Knowledge.
• Familiarity with trade processing systems (e.g., CTM, Traiana, Markitwire) and advanced Excel skills (VBA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
