Description

Our client, a highly respected, prestigious hedge fund with best-in-class performance, training, business exposure and compensation, are looking to hire a junior into their London based operations team.

The role will cover clearing, collateral management, managing prime broker relationships, trade life cycle management and it will have a core project work component. The hire will be given lots of autonomy and responsibility to build, run and manage key projects within the hedge fund - process improvement / automation skills using Python, VBA, SQL or Alteryx are required for this role.

Despite this being a junior position / the ideal experience level being 2-4 years of experience, the role pays a significantly higher compensation than competitors will pay an analyst. The total compensation for the role in year one will be between £100-150k alongside excellent benefits and career progression opportunities. A sign on bonus (for anyone missing out on an end of year bonus) will be offered.
