About the Role:

• Lead overall operational management of Project & Development Services, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple projects and clients.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, cost control, and margin management.
• Drive resource planning, utilization, and capability deployment to support project execution and business growth.
• Partner with senior leadership on tenders, proposals, pricing strategies, and client presentations to support new business wins.
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, embedding high standards for quality, EHS, risk management, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain operational governance, reporting frameworks, and internal controls in line with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and process optimization across project delivery and operations.

About You:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, having strong experience (min. 5+ years) in operations, project delivery, or senior management roles within construction, engineering, or development services.
• Proven capability managing multi-project portfolios, financial performance, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of project controls, commercial management, contracts, and delivery governance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication (English & Indonesia) and influencing skills across clients, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership.
• Analytical, structured, and commercially minded, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment balancing delivery, growth, and compliance.
