Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (BC/BE) — Northern Virginia / Washington, DC Suburb

Glaucoma Consultants of Washington (GCW) is the go-to subspecialty practice in Northern Virginia, dedicated to the medical and surgical management of routine and complex glaucoma. We deliver academic-quality care in a community-based setting, supported by a strong MD/OD referral network (200+ providers).

Role
We’re seeking an energetic, ethical Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (BC/BE) to join our growing team. Glaucoma or Cornea fellowship training will also be considered but not required. Partnership track. No PE.

• Clinical support: EMA/Modernizing Medicine EMR with scribes

• Teaching: Ophthalmology resident teaching available (optional)

• Surgery: Local ASCs for routine cases; hospital access for complex cases

• Technology (in-house): SLT, YAG, Argon & Diode lasers; ARGOS/IOLMaster; Humphrey & Octopus VFs; ORA; fundus photography; topography; Zeiss Cirrus OCT, specialty IOLS

• MIGS access: Femtosecond, Micropulse, and a range of MIGS/glaucoma implants available at our facilities
