Overview

Cedar Ridge Country Club is a private member-owned club located 15 miles from downtown Tulsa. The club was founded in 1967 and the golf course opened up in 1969. The original architect was Joe Finger and has been renovated by Tripp Davis. Cedar Ridge is known for its challenging but fair hole designs, and recently played host to the LIV Golf Tulsa tournament, won by Dustin Johnson. In addition to being one of the top ten courses in the state, the club offers a driving range, dedicated short game area, indoor Learning Center with Trackman Simulators, tennis courts, a pool, and a full-service gym. Cedar Ridge consists of approximately 450 golfing members, playing approximately 32,000 rounds annually. Essential Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all outside services staff members are well-trained, courteous, and professional in providing excellent customer service to the guests and members.
• Supervising and scheduling the outside services staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the outside services equipment and facilities, such as golf carts, range balls, ball machines, and cart barn.
• Inventorying and ordering supplies for the outside services department, such as towels, tees, water, and ice.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments, such as golf shop, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
