Overview

The Cape Club Resort is seeking a team first self motivated individual to assist the Director of Golf in managing the outside golf operation it takes the next step of becoming a private resort in 2026. . The priority of the posituon will be to enhance the member experience in addition to overseeing a team of 15 to 20 employees. The candidate will manage the bag drop, bag room, golf carts and driving range.

Essential Responsibilities

• assist direcor of golf in managing the outside staff
• schedule for outside operations
• assist in management of events
• Assist professional staff in tee sheet managanent and pace of play
• Teach junior camp
