Overview

Working under the Head Golf Professional, this role will provide courteous and professional service to members and guests of Country Club of the Rockies with a superior golf experience in a casual, elegant setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and execute a multi-touch-point full-service operation that is member/guest-focused from arrival to departure.
• Manage Outside Golf Services staff, executing all daily golf operations tasks and duties.
• Maintain a fleet of 66 golf cars and various operational work-related vehicles in working order.
• Maintain caddie & forecaddie corps of approximately 12-24 individuals.
• Possess a strong understanding of and promote the Club's wide range of activities and services.
• Provide continuous improvement initiatives, training, and coaching to all support staff as needed.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional appearance.

During the "off-season" (November-April); this individual will:

• Manage Indoor Simulator Reservations & Daily Play
• Bag Storage & Shipping of clubs
• Golf Shop retail assistance
• Fleet & Private Cart Maintenance and Storage
