Outside Operations Manager - Summary

The Outside Operations Manager oversees all outside golf service operations, ensuring exceptional member interactions before and after each round. Key responsibilities include supervising outside staff and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Cart Barn, practice facilities, and staging areas. The Outside Operations Manager is a seasonal position from April 15th to November 15th.

Job Tasks

The Outside Operations Manager is responsible for the following duties:

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment committed to upholding the standards of Colonie Golf & Country Club.

• Plan and direct the daily tasks of outside staff.

• Oversee staff scheduling and time management.

• Maintain an active presence during high-volume periods.

• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability at all times.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that align with this role.

Responsible for all golf-related operational areas, including the cart barn, bag room, staging area, and practice facilities. ---

Compensation

Hourly wage of $17 plus tips---

Supervises

All Outside Operation personnel.
