This is a 2-year position (anticipated Aug 1, 2026 Jul 31, 2028) with the possibility of extension for a third year (contingent on performance and funding availability). The postdoctoral scholar will work in Dr. Jiayi Sun's group and lead innovative research using new ALMA and JWST data from several large programs.

The scholar will also have the opportunity to join and play leadership roles in major international teams (including PHANGS and MAUVE) that study the multi-phase ISM and star formation across the local universe.
