Overview
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our facility in Humacao, PR site working on the 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 6 a.m.), and requires flexibility to work additional hours as needed to support production operations. In this position, you will be a key part of the Lutron SM Manufacturing team. A successful Production Supervisor will be interested in manufacturing, technology, have a high standard of performance and quality, and enjoy leading teams. Production Supervisors are responsible for the daily performance of the production team and the development of team members.

Responsibilities
- Lead production team to meet goals such as safety, people development, execution to schedule (ETS), quality, scrap, efficiency, and utilization.
- Work in our inventory management system to manage materials transactions
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of all production equipment and facilities during the shift
- Work through Production Leads and our supply chain and distribution teams to complete customer orders
- Develop team members and production Leads in their skills and career growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required preferably in engineering.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 required if you have less than 3 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and supervision.
- Demonstrated coaching, problem solving, analytical, process improvement and production planning skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal, reading, and writing).
- Flexibility to work second, third, or off shifts, including extended or irregular hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analytics required.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
