PROGRAM DIRECTOR - GOLF INSTRUCTION & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Shadow Mountain Golf Course - Palm Desert, CA

Shadow Mountain Golf Course is searching for an energetic, entrepreneurial PGA Professional to build and lead our year-round instructional and player development programs. We are the ideal course for new golfers, young families, returning players, seniors, and social leagues, and we are looking for a Program Director who sees opportunity, not obstacles.

This role is perfect for a motivated builder - someone who loves designing clinics, group programs, youth development, women's golf initiatives, beginner pathways, and creative social-based instruction that grows the game and grows revenue. You'll have the support of ownership, the freedom to innovate, and a community that is ready to engage.

Reports to: Leadership Team.

Location: Palm Desert, CA.
